Dana began his Culinary Career at the age of 16 by working at Amatos Gourmet in Amherst, NH. He started as dishwasher, quickly moving up to cook, then Assistant Manager. Dana then took some time to travel the country, enjoying the different local cuisines, and he was then fortunate to get a job as a production assistant on the second season of Hell’s Kitchen.
Dana made his way back to NH and planted his roots here. He has spent his last two years working at the Courtyard by Marriott in Nashua, where he was recognized for his hard work, leadership skills and jumping in where needed. A new opportunity presented itself within the company, and he excitedly accepted the Executive Chef/Beverage manager position at the Hilton Garden Inn, Manchester.
Dana enjoys being part of the Hilton Garden Inn team and specializes in team building and community relations with an unwavering sense of enthusiasm.
